- Please contact Mie Vind from the Hotel via mail info@hfkro.dk or by phone at +45 59460131 (press 2). She will then assign you to a room.
- Mie Vind will agree with each guest how the payment will be handled, whether it will be settled upon departure or via invoice. If anyone requires an invoice/receipt, she will therefore need their details right away.
- Additionally Mie Vind can enter your choice of meals in the system.
The personal data entered here will be collected solely for the purpose of implementing Project GrønBusiness. This data will be stored until the end of the project on the basis of the Federal Data Protection Act.
